About Us

Our company name Portal is adapted from the mathematician and scientist Eric Weinstein who describes the portal as a transformational doorway through which one can access his or her higher self. Our hope is to be the portal that helps you move through your pain to access your potential and get back to pursuing your life to the fullest. Human growth and development is a process that, at times, involves hurdles and injuries; oftentimes a catalyst is needed to jumpstart the journey toward healing and recovery. We pride ourselves in being that catalyst and providing you with the tools to take control of your pain so that you can achieve your physical goals and experience a more fulfilling life. Health and wellness extends beyond exercise and involves a variety of factors that all play a role in making you feel good and move well. Our goal is to help you address those areas and maximize your function so that you can get back to enjoying the life you love.
